Designing and implementing projects to support biodiversity

In line with its ambition to initiate and implement projects to preserve and promote biodiversity, the Biotope Business Foundation has set up a number of projects, both in France and abroad, involving a variety of scientific, technical and financial partners.

Those projects are mostly naturalist projects, that is to say, projects which are centred on the botanical and zoological sciences.  They may result in the acquisition of scientific knowledge, the publication of books, the creation of tools for conservation and preservation of nature, or the raising of public awareness about protection of the environment.

In the framework of those projects, we call on the aid of scientific experts and/or informed amateurs who are capable of producing inventories of animal and plant species, descriptions of the communities within an ecosystem, cartography of natural habitats, marine bio-acoustics, or bio-surveillance of threatened species.
