Parc des Labyrinthes de Montendre

The CDCHS will create the Parc des Labyrinthes. One of the special features of this original theme park will be not only its location in a remarkable natural site but also the use of new technologies. Parc des Labyrinthes will extend over slightly more than eighthectares of forest plantations consisting of 1 500 to 1 800 pine trees per hectare. Parc des Labyrinthes is organised on various maps, diagrams and territorial programs that we audited (PLU, SCOT, SDAGE, etc.).

The impact study examined the feasibility of the project by analysing its impacts on physical and natural environments (fauna and flora), on the landscape and heritage and on the human environment. We conducted a thorough analysis of the project’s cumulative effects with other known projects. On-site investigations were conducted over a complete biological cycle from the summer of 2013 to 2 July 2014.
